Átomo never sees a card number
Payments run through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe's own PCI-DSS certified infrastructure and never reach Átomo's servers.
Less patient data, by design
Your patients do not create accounts. To book, Átomo asks for a name and an email — the minimum needed to confirm the appointment and send the receipt.
Invoices that hold up to inspection
Invoices use a single continuous series, cannot be edited once issued, and record your fiscal profile. Corrections happen through credit notes, never by overwriting.
Ready for the VeriFactu deadline
Spain's VeriFactu regime becomes mandatory on 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for the self-employed. Átomo's invoicing is being built to meet it.
VeriFactu note: Átomo's invoicing is structured around the VeriFactu requirements, but real-time reporting to the AEAT is not integrated yet. Átomo is not a substitute for advice from your own tax adviser.
